Full payment is forfeited for later cancellation regardless of circumstances. If the actual flight is cancelled by Panorama for weather or equipment problems, customers may, at their option, reschedule, or, receive a 100% refund. Panorama reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel a scheduled flight at any time for reasons of flight safety.

We generally launch along the Rio Grande, north of I-40, off of Rio Grande Blvd.
or Coors Road. Often the fiesta balloons fly towards us which is very
cool since you get to see this mass of balloons at a little distance and then
